Lookit what Aryll drew for me

Another easy-going day

Me and Aryll spent most of the day just sitting around in the lookout spot. I love that place. The water has that salty smell, and the seagulls chirp as we gaze over at our little island. The sun smiles, the grass shivers, the wind rolls... just use about any creative poetic image you want.

Although... something tells me that things won't be peaceful here for long. The seagulls no longer fly happily over the sea as they had before. They seem to just perch wherever they can and look off into the distance. Weird. I think they suspect something.

I worry. I worry for grandma, and the rest of the villagers, but mostly Aryll. The last time I saw my parents, they told me it was my responsibility to protect her. They said I had to be strong and brave like the one who wore green. Oh wait, I haven't told you about the hero! How could I forget? It was always my favorite bed-time story. I'll have to tell you sometime.

So, I've gotten an email address. If you want to contact me, email me at linkslogbook@gmail.com. Just understand that I may post it up here on my blog and answer it. So if you want it to be a private email, just between you and me, just say so.

On a final note, It's a windy night. I love the wind. Something about it is beautiful. It spreads seeds and makes the land beautiful. You should feel honored, not annoyed when it gets in your face.

Sweet, new laptop

Hey you guys, Link here making his first post on his new laptop! Aryll's been suggesting me to start blogging all of my adventures. She's so silly... she says my adventures are so epic, they could be made into a video game! Yeah, right...

So, there are these pigs running all over our island. I dunno where they come from, I dunno how they got here, I dunno why no one cages them up somewhere, but I know this. I'm hungry for some pork. :P :b :q :d

I've also been sword training with Orca. He's a pretty cool guy, really. I think he's getting kinda senile, though. Every time we train, he's like,

"Press 'B' for a horizontal slice!"
"What are you talking about, sir?"
"Don't forget to use L-Targeting!"
"L-Target...?"

But, who's even weirder, is that brainy brother of his. What's his name? I forget. Anyways, he never leaves the house. And he always yells at me from the door. "Hey! Use L and press A to talk to me!" I think he's getting senile, too.

But anyways, I've been living with my grandma and she's been really nice. As a matter of fact, she's cookin' soup tonight! I swear, that stuff just fills my hearts up with joy. Err, heart, rather.

Anyways, I better get going. I'm supposed to be keeping an eye on Aryll, but I dunno where she is.
